Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

Spearhead strategic planning and leadership initiatives across various business functions, including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, P&L Management, Portfolio Management, and Brand Management.

Sales & Marketing and Business Development:

Devise and implement strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets. Develop and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring successful conversion to orders and driving sales growth for future annual operating plans.

P&L and Revenue Management:

Oversee P&L management, budget formulation, and revenue augmentation efforts, ensuring alignment with the companys financial goals.

Customer Acquisition and Channel Management:

Lead initiatives for new customer acquisition, channel management, and stakeholder engagement. Develop competitive selling programs to improve product awareness and enhance market growth.

After Sales Service and Customer Satisfaction:

Manage the After Sales Service functions, addressing customer complaints and resolving them to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements promptly.

Product Development and Technical Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products based on customer requirements. Conduct technical seminars for prospective clients, resolving their queries and providing technical support.

Quotation and Negotiation:

Prepare and submit quotations and technical write-ups to customers. Participate in negotiation meetings to close potential deals.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Work closely with departments such as Design, Manufacturing, and Stores to expedite production and dispatch for urgent customer orders.
