Job Summary:

Sales Executive/ Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager/ Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and promote the companys products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.

Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

Set clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
