The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the Quality Department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability for the organization's products, services and/or development processes.

Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products / services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability.

Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products / services.

Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, Operations team, and other appropriate staff.

Need excellent analytical and research skills on the job. They may process large volumes of data, interpret, and try to gain useful insights.

Able to understand the existing system and improve the efficiency of the system (if required). Also understand complex methodologies to identify, rectify systemic issues.
