K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for Quality Inspector as follows:

The Quality Inspector is responsible for examining and testing materials and products to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections at various stages of the production process, documenting findings, and working closely with production teams to resolve any quality issues

1. Inspection and Testing:

o Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections of products or materials to verify conformance to specified standards.

o Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

o Perform functional testing on products as needed.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and other quality documentation.

o Generate reports on quality findings and present them to management.

o Document any non-conformance s and follow up on corrective actions.

3. Process Control:

o Monitor production processes to ensure they comply with established standards.

o Identify and report any deviations from standard processes or specifications.

o Suggest improvements to enhance the quality of products and processes.

4. Compliance and Standards:

o Ensure that all products meet regulatory and safety standards.

o Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality control.

o Participate in internal and external audits as required.

5. Collaboration:

o Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues.

o Provide feedback and training to production staff on quality standards and procedures.

o Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
