Job Description

Your duties and responsibilities shall include the following, amongst others as a Procurement

Executive:

a) Updating Purchase Order Tracker.

b) Updating Work Order Tracker.

c) Organizing and storing of Files (PO & WO scan copies).

d) Drafting Purchase Orders & Work Orders.

e) Co-ordinating and following up with vendors for timely delivery of materials to site.

f) Bill Payment Processing.

Procurement analysis, Certification of RA billings, Tender

Floating Tender quote analysis, Contract Administration

activities, Sub-Contract Management, Project Legal

Requirements. RFP, BID evaluation, Procurement

Proposals Contractual Letter correspondences

Contractual Claim Recommendations.
