Overall Experience : 10 + Years

Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organizations goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.

Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organizations goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.

Help develop and drive the short-term technical vision and roadmap within the scope of your team. Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.

Should have worked on Agile/Scrum project and well versed with all scrum practices/ceremonies

Should have a good knowledge on Jira usage & dashboard

Work with technical team and identify the impediments/risks for the project

Managing Big Data and Microservice project preferred

Sound Project Management Experience and strong in

Planning

Scheduling

Tracking

Cost Estimation and managing the budget

Onsite work experience and managing the stakeholders

Experience in multi-vendor project execution

Reporting and tracking the project progress. Proactive in identifying and tracking the dependencies

Good People Management Skills
