�� BE/ME/MTECH - Civil/Environmental/Public Health - With minimum 4 Years of experience in plant operation and maintenance, specifically with municipal plants

�� Strong knowledge of STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, and CETP processes

�� Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

�� Ability to work effectively in a team environment

�� Mechanical engineering background

�� Proven track record of achieving operational efficiency

�� Good communication and leadership skills

Roles and Responsibilities

�� Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of municipal plants including STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, and CETP

�� Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

�� Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

�� Manage a team of operators and technicians

�� Monitor plant performance and identify areas for improvement

�� Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government authorities and contractors

�� Prepare and analyze reports on plant performance and maintenance activities

�� Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure safety and environmental compliance

�� Troubleshoot and resolve plant operation and maintenance issues

�� Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
