Responsibilities:

• New Product Development: Development of new product development, ensuring they meet customer requirements, industry standards and regulatory compliance.

• Formulation development: Design, develop and optimize paint formulations to improve performance, cost and sustainability. Make standard formulation recipe of product.

• Testing and Evaluation: Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory and field tests to evaluate paint performance, durability and compliance with industry standards.

• Market Analysis (Product related analysis. product demand, product study)

• To ensure the Product meets the customer's standard requirements and Product Approval from Customer

• Production support: Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth production, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.

• Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Paints, chemical, polymer

• 6+ Years experience in R&D, formulation development, or a related field in the paint or coatings (Protective coating, epoxy coating) industry.

• Strong knowledge of paint formulation, polymer chemistry, and coatings technology. Proficiency in laboratory techniques, testing methods and analytical instruments.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, ability to work in fast paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office
