Establish policies promoting our culture, values and vision

Oversee the daily operations of the project and then the hospital

Lead employees to deliver their optimum performance

Evaluate performance using data-driven methods

Write and submit reports to the CEO and ensure production of monthly board agenda

Relationship management internally with staff and also with our complicated network of external stakeholders which includes veterinarians, architects, project partners, NGOs as required; seeking new and appropriate contacts and partnerships with relevant individuals or organizations.

Maintain organized medical and employee records

Monitor administrative staffs performance

Train new employees

Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies

Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff

Resolve potential issues with patients

Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations
