We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Professional that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition. You must be comfortable handling inbound calls, outbound calls, generating interest, and qualifying prospects. As the Inside Sales Executive, you will also be responsible for selling courses to people who have filled out an online inquiry/contact form.

Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
Follow up on sales activity.
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
Carry out market research and surveys.
Participate in sales events.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
