Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Understand and develop a marketing and business development strategy in accordance with the overall company’s goals and vision
2. Responsible for securing INR 6,00,000 in revenue per month in basic individual target and INR 20,00,000 per month in team target above which incentives will apply. Individual revenue for the first 3 months will be INR 300,000 per month.
3. Create and nurture new alliances with universities, schools, media, and channel partners with direct access to prospective students, other colleges, promotional platforms, or events.
4. Develop and Execute Sales plans - meeting monthly and quarterly targets
5. Responsible for Supporting Sales, Marketing, Revenue Generation, and Brand Promotions, communicating with target audiences, and building and developing customer relationships
6. Responsible for building business relationships with institutions and individuals, current and potential clients, and bringing in revenue
7. Work on building a monthly pipeline of clientele
8. Contact school counselors, placement cells, international networks, and coaching classes for business development activity
9. On signing clients responsible for invoicing, contract management, and service coordination
10. Coordinate with the Reporting Manager and other departments to manage outreach initiatives
11. Meet revenue and sales targets on an individual and team basis
12. Capable of conducting webinars and other engagements by coordinating with the marketing team
13. Maintaining and updating CRM, Sales, Documentations, etc
14. Assigned tasks from time to time
