Experience of troubleshooting of foundry equipment like induction furnace, moulding machine, sand plant,shot blast, core shooter, press machines and so on.

Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and mechanical drawings

Knowledge of machine shop maintenance .

Maintaining all equipment in healthy condition for maximum output / productivity

To prepare and implement PM plan in consultation with plant manager

co-ordinating with all plant heads to update equipment status and report it to head maintenance

Arrange meetings to resolve and have preventive actions for identifies issues and handle large team of engineers.

Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO and ISO in given areas

Arranging and maintaining spares backup for all equipment for uptime maintenance

Implementation of new policies as directed by head maintenance.
