• Managing and executing end to end hiring for Senior Leadership level hiring

• Strong background in full life cycle recruitment for diversified disciplines and industries.

• Specialized in recruiting Non-IT- Leadership hiring.

• Evaluating senior executives for mandated roles

• Developing exclusive search strategies, related collateral & key account management

• Preparing assessment reports

• Strong recruitment knowledge in the areas of all industries.

• Consistently meet and exceed talent acquisition objectives by developing and implementing scalable, sustainable and measurable strategies.

• Experience includes hiring talent in industries such as social media, real estate, healthcare, pharma, manufacturing and other professional clients.

• Expertise in recruitment, sourcing, negotiation and closure skills.

• Exceptional cold calling skills and proven ability to fill mandates.

• Need expertise in internet search abilities, utilizing search engines, social media, Boolean searches.

• Passionate about delivering and matching candidates with the right talent, skills that are well aligned with the requirement.

• Handle Re-Source activities through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.

• Recruiting people in Industry, Client Interaction, Screening of Profile and Handling Preliminary Interview, Job profile Induction , Maintaining Candidate Database and good relationship with candidates and client.

• Strong negotiation skills and client/candidate handling skills.
