Company deal in :- Home Services (Maintenance, installation, Repair and service, Cleaning, Renovation)
1. To establish & maintain service centre and comply with all service standard operation procedure.
2. Proper control over the spare parts at the Service Centre, maintain proper records of all spares Received from Central Stores
3. Visit the Distributors along with sales of the area in order to improve the Co-ordination between the Service Centre and the Sales / Distributors.
4. To insure timely service support to customers to minimize call escalation & maxi maize customer’s satisfaction.
5. To ensure Turn Around Time (TAT) , Revenue and AMC. Targets are achieved; all Free Service Calls for Warranty and AMCs are carried out, monitoring regular basis for smooth service operation & pending calls
6. Leading, managing & monitoring the performance of seals & Service Executives to ensure efficiency.
7. Analysis of data to evaluate service KPI's. (Revenue, Open Calls, AMC due / done). Drive team to control KPI to achieve targets.
8. Technical Audit on field any technical problem on field help to Service Executives & close this complain in time.
9. To settle the disputes arising due to dissatisfaction among the Customers due to poor service and to help in settling with Consumers.
10. To Monitor Complaints pendency both for Indoor and Outdoor with corrective measures to control the pendency
11. Regular quality feedback to support organization to have continues improvement of service.
