Administration manager overseeing back office departments such as finance, accounting and procurement
Responsibilities
・ Building relationships with employees, implementing HR systems
・ Finance and accounting: payment management, profit planning and comparative analysis of actual results, management of cost reduction, establishment of cost management system, cash flow management, analysis of monthly income and expenditure, preparation of next month's revised plan
・ Cash receipts and disbursements, journal entries and vouchers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control
・ Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
・ Fixed asset management
・ Preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and company law financial statements
・ Preparation of securities reports and cash flow statements
・ Audit support
・ Preparation of consumption tax returns, corporate tax returns and tax audits
・ Budgeting and forecast management
・ Financial statement analysis and management analysis
・ Management accounting system operation
・ Cash management
Application Requirements
・ Intermediate level of Excel skills (VLOOK, simple IF functions, pivots)
・ Accounting knowledge to be able to prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and to explain accounting procedures
・ Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with other departments
・ At least 7 years accounting experience or equivalent
・ Experience in monthly and annual close process
・ Management experience (experience in overall organisational management, including member management and inter-departmental coordination)
・ Logical thinking skills to draw reasonable conclusions about accounting and taxation
・ Cost accounting
・ Preparation of tax returns
・ Experience in management accounting, such as budgeting and counting management
・ Experience in projects such as business design, business improvement and system implementation
