Job description
• Manage ophthalmic products sales and inquiries from assigned international sales territories.
• Provide support to distributors in the assigned sales territory and work with distributors to generate new leads.
• Work with existing clients on new products or changes to current products.
• Expert understanding of the cost elements in export with respect to margins, landing costs.
• Development of business through customer acquisition by means of various marketing strategies we set from time to time.
• Maintained liaison with existing customer for leads
• Work on customer retention process.
• Participate in medical exhibitions held every year to collect direct data of relevant customers.
• Listening to the customers and setting their requirements and expectations on the spot to provide quick response to their inquiries.
• Building customer loyalty and gaining customer trust by solving their existing problems.
• Maintaining export orders and shipment process.
• To prepare cost sheet in Excel..
• To assist in handling of customer complaints / feedback.
• To check all specification & description from purchase indent onwards before releasing PO
• To forecast the requirements and intimate to the production department on regular basis.
• Provide excelled product information, demonstrated features and operation of product.
• Negotiated and participate in the delivery of product.
• Assisted in payment procedures
• Made follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
