Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the hiring process, manage staff transitions, and ensure seamless operations across all company sites. This role is pivotal in maintaining a strong and competent workforce that supports our business objectives.
1. Staff Hiring and Recruitment:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all company sites.
o Conduct recruitment drives to hire skilled and qualified staff for various positions including housekeeping, waiters, gatekeepers, kitchen helpers, and more.
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
2 Staff Transition Managements:
o Oversee the seamless transfer of staff between sites as needed.
o Ensure timely replacement of staff members who leave the company.
o Maintain updated records of staff movements and transitions.
3. Contract Management :
o Negotiate and manage contracts with labor and staff suppliers on behalf of the company.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o Foster strong relationships with external staffing agencies and suppliers.
4 General HR Duties:
o Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
o Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across all sites.
o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
o Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
