This role is primarily responsible for
1. Recruitment, Training and effective implementation of HR initiatives for all employees in order to improve performance and productivity as well as build commitment to the organization
2. Operations and admin related management of employees and business functions
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Creating and Implementing Hr & Admin Policies
- Management of Recruitment & Onboarding of New Employees
- Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels and Screening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce
- Meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections
- Ensure timely delivery of Induction and deliver the HR part in the Induction process
- Develop training modules for various functions
- Assist Businesses and Functions in Employee Engagement
- The position would report to the Director
Experience and Skills:
- The candidate should have 5+ years of working experience in HR Operations with responsibilities around recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits admin, and compliance. This person will be the business’s point of contact and support leadership in all these areas
- Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law
- Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
