role will focus on enhancing cross-functional community and culture engagement at the local level to
empower and motivate Patra employees to do purpose-driven work and instill a stronger sense of employee pride,
retain and attract employees, improve brand association, and create long-term ripple effects of positivity in all
areas of the business. With thoughtful implementation of important global culture and community engagement
strategies, people will feel compelled to bring Patra’s values to life as one global team.
A key priority in this role will be to improve community and culture performance at a site by connecting people to
community and engagement opportunities, reinforce Patra’s mission and values, and build effective community
and culture programs. This unique role requires a passionate individual who will think about the employee first and
help influence decisions, actions, and concepts working directly with our US Employee Engagement Director and
Pan India HRBP Leader.
Lead local site engagement efforts required to create an enriched and engaging program for all employees to
connect with one another, connect to our values and to connect to areas of interest.
Manage and collaborate with Operations Leaders by working with cross-functional partners, including senior
leaders (US & India), AGM’s, facilities, security and HRBPs to ensure a safe, engaging, and enriched employee
environment.
