Position Summary: Looking for a dynamic, go getter with an intense desire to make a difference to the rural communities by enabling quality healthcare for everyone everywhere. The incumbent should be articulate and have a proven track record and success in CSR sales acquisitions in the Healthcare. Experience in liaison with relevant stake holders for project acquisition and direct contact / experience with NGOs and beneficiary communities will be an added advantage.
Essential Job Functions
1. Research and identify large sponsors with substantial CSR spends and engage them to fund rural project in healthcare.
2. Sourcing CSR contracts / projects for Rural implementation from Corporates, PSUs Foundations, Funds, Trusts, NGOs etc and achieving Sales Targets in a timely manner in line with internal and external compliance.
3. Building large partnerships and alliances that translate into CSR implementation projects.
4. Work closely with various departments to drive and manage activities that will contribute to high impact and success of the project.
5. Manage the ongoing relationship with the Client, cross sell and upsell with a view to increasing wallet share.
Experience: 8-12 years+ of which he must have had prior sales experience in a similar role.
Primary skills:
1. Overall MS Office proficiency, Number crunching skills and presentation skills.
2. Must have knowledge of the CSR Governance, rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), best practices for CSR and experience in sourcing large deals etc.
3. Experience of working in Rural Management and proven track record of sourcing large deals in healthcare.
