Job Description

End to End mgmt. of CSR vertical involving Ideation, Relationship

Mgmt with Existing CSR Partners, CSR Operations & Projects

Execution, Process Enhancements, Impact Measurement &

Managing Audit Requirements

Effective CSR budget utilization basis the plan approved by the board

Coordinate & liaison with multiple stakeholders (internal/external) and existing CSR partners for smooth execution of projects

Prepare monthly/quarterly updates for the projects

New project ideas basis the Shashakt philosophy for CSR

Impact assessment & reporting for all the projects executed

Device digital journey for existing project beneficiaries and dashboard creation for project monitoring

Identifying process enhancement opportunities and implementation

Create the project audit architecture and managing the same with regulatory compliances

Be abreast with policy changes, carry out relevant research, mapping new trends & promote best practices

Conduct regular training interventions across projects/partners
