Monitoring relationships with customers through CRM systems
Ensure total customer satisfaction from Booking to Possession
Setting up monthly collection targets and ensuring to meet the planned collection
Managing the team of 5 and more executives
Guiding teams and resolving their issues
Planning and setting up daily tasks for executives and ensuring timely completion of the same.
Updating and monitoring compliance of the SOPs
Ensure proper documentation as per standard practice.
Coordination with the sales team and another department
Presenting the various MIS to the management
Suggest new methods to address customers' needs.
Desired Skill
Should have minimum experience of 3 years in CRM and managing teams.
Knowledge of customer life cycle process in the Real estate industry.
Good in communication and presentation.
Tech-savvy and system-oriented.
