Key Responsibilities:

Segment customer data for personalized marketing campaigns.

Ensure the CRM system is optimized for all team members to use effectively and consistently.

Lead Management:

Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from generating new leads to nurturing existing ones.

Assign and track leads to the appropriate agents or teams, ensuring timely follow-up.

Analyze lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.

Customer Data Management:

Maintain a clean and updated CRM database, ensuring all client interactions are recorded accurately.

Collect, analyze, and manage customer feedback, preferences, and behaviors.

Monitor data trends and produce reports to guide decision-making and improve sales tactics.

Marketing and Communication:

Design and implement automated email campaigns, newsletters, and other communication to engage prospects and clients.
