Job Description:
Managing short and long duration sales initiatives and ensuring achievement of sales plan for electrical infrastructure and automation products
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including engineering firms, contractors, and end-users, to understand their needs and provide tailored products.
Study customer needs and innovate (familiar with ongoing government schemes)
Collaborate with partners to develop customized proposals and deliver exceptional customer service
Prepare and negotiate sales offers, tender response and proposals to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers and promote the benefits of our products
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed to promote our products and represent the company.
Responsible for PAN India Business Development
Qualification:
Electrical Engineer/equivalent with Domain expertise
3-5 years of experience
Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution & Transmission system
Previous sales experience required with know-how of tender process in utilities
Ability to work with multiple engineering disciplines and operational groups
