• Planning and designing of houses and infrastructure (external development) in a township - New Product Development.

• Exploring unit level and township level layouts globally.

• Creating innovative designs which are sync with local bye-laws.

• Incorporating users/prospective home owner’s perspective in the designs.

• Co-coordinating with Structural, MEP and other consultants.

• Guiding the market research's team about the latest trends and specifications and then analyzing the data and putting it into the designs.

• Visiting site regularly and improvising the design based on site inputs

• Ensuring compliance of GFC drawings at site.

• Creating matrices to define the design objectively. For eg: space efficiency, ventilation etc

• Material research - analyzing and selecting whatever goes into a house.

• Creating shop drawings as per project requirements.

• coordination vendors and selecting the finishes material and giving recommendations

• Person should be self motivated, proactive, open minded and creative in thoughts
