We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team Candidates should have good knowledge in Technical Support to Marketing department in the field of control panel builder, electrical manufacturing industries. Technical knowledge of automation products like PLC, drives, HMI & SCADA as well as systems.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in industrial automation / Control Panel Builder / Electrical /Electronic Products Sales, Services and Marketing.

Technical Skills that the candidate should have:

Proficient in Industrial communication protocols: Modbus, Ethernet IP,Probibus,Profinet, Canopen, Modbus TCP/IP.

Proficiency in SCHNEIDER SIL-3 M580, Quantum, Premium, M340 PLC System, and HMI knowledge PLC system architecture to prepare PLC system as per customer requirement.

Expertise in key account management and business development.

Effective primary interface with customers, managing project communication and requirements.

Understand customers inputs into actionable requirements, covering design specs, P&IDs, control narratives, IO lists, instrument indexes and operating philosophies.

Project management and planning .Monitoring and controlling of projects.

Good analytical skills to read Engineering drawings and FAT and SAT.

Develop a comprehensive bill of material for automation systems, ensuring component accuracy.

Skilled in team leadership and project management, achieving successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

BE/ B-tech degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Robotics & Industrial Automation Proven experience in business development and technically sound . Having good knowledge in panel industry. Strong understanding of electrical LT, PLC, MCC,VFD PANELS and switchgears. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
