Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

Responsible for reconcile ledger and follow up for payment and outstanding recovery

Collate, analyze data, identify anomalies and ensure relevant rectifications.

Issuing Debit Note & Credit Note for Material Return

Producing financial reports related budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc

Reviewing, monitoring and managing preparation of financial budgets.

Reviewing and supervision of GST Returns, TDS returns

Liaise with Auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

Customer follow-up on pending payments

Any other duties as and when assigned by the management assigned by the management

Preferred: Female candidate
