Job Title: Management Trainee / Fresh Graduate

About the role: We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees / Fresh Graduates in the areas of Business Development, Business Research, Business Operations, MIS, and Key Account Management. The successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and support as they work towards their professional development.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans

Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decisions

Monitor and track business performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Manage and maintain data and information systems, including MIS reports

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Participate in business development activities and contribute to sales growth

Support senior management with various ad-hoc projects and tasks

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or final year student with a degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint

Passion for business and a drive to succeed
