Management System Implementation and Maintenance:

Establish and maintain the management system in accordance with the relevant standards (., ISO 9001, ISO ).

Ensure that management system processes are implemented and maintained effectively.

2. Reporting and Communication:

Report to top management on the performance of the management system, including any areas for improvement.

Promote awareness of customer requirements and other relevant aspects of the management system throughout the organization.

3. Liaison with External Parties:

Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies regarding the management system.

Coordinate and facilitate external audits and inspections.

4. Internal Audits and Reviews:

Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with management system standards.

Organize and facilitate management reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the management system.

5. Document Control:

Ensure that all management system documentation is controlled, up-to-date, and accessible.

Oversee the creation, revision, and distribution of documents related to the management system.

6. Training and Competence:

Identify training needs related to the management system and coordinate relevant training programs.

Ensure that employees are trained and competent in their roles within the management system.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for improvement within the management system and recommend actionable changes.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Quality Management

Relevant certifications (., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO Lead Auditor) are preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience with management system standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
