Job Description

K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for Management Representative ISO as follows:

Maintaining records: Keeping up to date with online documents and records related to ISO standards

Developing policies: Helping to create, implement, and review policies and procedures for compliance

Ensuring quality management: Making sure the quality management system (QMS) meets business needs

Leading audits: Leading internal and external audits

Coordinating with certification bodies: Working with certification bodies to arrange audits and sample collection

Managing corrective actions: Managing internal and external corrective action reports (CARs)

Managing budgets: Planning and controlling budgets for certification and testing expenses

Providing technical advice: Providing technical advice when needed

Monitoring production: Monitoring production procedures

Training auditors: Training auditors

Recommending corrective actions: Recommending corrective actions

Writing reports: Writing compliance and internal audit reports, risk reports, and other internal communication

Triaging issues: Triaging new incoming issues to determine risk levels

Providing feedback: Providing feedback during the development, review, and update of policies, standards, and procedures
