Job Description

Manufacturer & Construction Company requires a full time Industry Management Accountant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be qualified or part qualified. Industry experience in manufacturing, construction etc is desired, knowledge and experience of UK and Irish taxation is a strong advantage.

This is an exciting position that provides plenty of scope to grow within the role. The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary based on previous experience.

· Irish taxation system knowledge, to include VAT, Payroll etc

· UK taxation system knowledge, to include VAT, payroll, etc.

· Purchase invoice processing, sales invoice processing etc.

· Cost Accounting for a manufacturing facility.

· Monthly Accounts preparation, to include financial management.

· Financial budgeting & forecasting preparation.

· Preparation and presentation of key financial information to senior management.

· Control & Analysis of financial reports

· Cost control of business operations

· Co-ordinate annual audit process for Irish & UK entities

· Control, guide & support bookkeeping to ensure effective running of operations.

Requirements:

· Knowledge if Irish & UK taxation.

· Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or part qualified.

· 3 years + experience in similar role.

· Experience working in a construction environment would be an advantage

· Strong IT skills, in particular- advanced excel skills

· Experience in working with SAP, Xero, Sage lin50, quick-books, or similar package.

· Ability to work on own initiative & meet deadlines

· Attention to detail and accuracy.
