2. To maintain data of MTBF & MTTR

3. Prepare list of critical spares & MIL

4. Generate & Maintain machine manual

b) Preventive Maintenance

1. Prepare Machine wise checklist of preventive maintenance

2. Prepare machine wise check list of predictive maintenance schedule.

c) Predictive Maintenance

1. To identify problems while machine is in running condition

2. To investigate & find root cause.

3. To plan maintenance activity for problems identified.

2) Prepare & maintain machine history card

3) Prepare & maintain maintenance budget

4) Co- ordinate with concern authorities for safety activities
