Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with stakeholders and reports to them on a regular basis.
• Ensures projects remain on schedule, within budget and in scope.
• Creates, manages, and distributes project communications, including charters, schedules, and budgets.
• Leads team through execution of project.
• Assists team in business development, such as proposals, RFPs, and estimates.
• Establishes key metrics, KPIs.
• Develop project controls and risk management procedures.
• Responsible for training, managing and motivating team members.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
• To provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Senior Manager oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services.

• Solid technical understanding
• Bachelor’s degrees in project management, business management or related field, graduate engineering degree preferred, with an experience of 10-15 Years.
• PMP certification preferred.
