Job Description

Installation & Commissioning of New Machines / Equipment. Co- ordinate with external agencies related to maintenance activities.

To Plan and Execute the Preventive Maintenance activities.

To attend the Machine Breakdowns.

To maintain and analyze the records of Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance.

Responsible for maintaining Quality Records of maintenance department.

To ensure compliance of all statutory & Regulatory requirements.

To identify, plan and provide resources and facilities

Ensure safe working and maintain housekeeping

Identify Continual Improvement programs like Energy saving, cost saving.

To train & guide sub-ordinates for implementation of the IMS.

Arrangement of adequate and competent manpower.

To ensure that functional objectives / process measures are known & understood to the team.

To ensure that functional objectives / process measures targets are met.

Participate in HIRA & Aspect impact identification & control measure

Reviewing departmental objectives in consultation with the Top management for IMS.

To make sure that all employees working under him are familiar with IMS policy, objectives, significant aspects & unacceptable risk.

Initiate corrective and preventive actions in maintenancedepartment.
