Job Description

Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of SPMs

Improve SPM, rejection control, re work control, Kaizen, tool joint 2-3 stage, scrap

use for some child parts, reduce sheet size, manpower saving and improve production by implement in tools, cutting edge repair, Solving trim and piercing burr issue.

Making the weekly maintenance, follow up and total control of product quality as per

company standard

1. Overall in charge in machines and its Development.

2. To be able to plan develop Special Purpose machine.

3. To develop customised machines.

Sheet metal component Die maintenance like progressive, transfer, tandem tools and documentation.

Like tool history card, preventive maintenance, critical spare parts, tools spare parts, poke yoke, customer complaint,

why-why analyses, log book. All kind Material arrangement, planning, outside resources. Improvement, modification and kaizen preventive and productive maintenance of tools.

Plant maintenance by using out sources. Plant construction and layout of all machines and assembly section.
