Job Description

Education: ITI electrical (optional Diploma Electrical) with Wireman permit licence / 4 years of manufacturing industry experience

Salary would be approximate INR 4 Lks per annum.

The Maintenance In charge is responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, inventory of supplies for repairs and monthly maintenance budget monitoring. Should be able to repair and have knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing.

Roles & responsibilities:

Schedules maintenance activities for all machines, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.

Maintain all machine breakdown records, periodic maintenance records as per ISO document.

Schedules appropriate safety and skills training for employees.

Identify and correct hazardous machine conditions.

Ordering supplies and managing maintenance budget in coordination with Operations Manager.

Should address all Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing failures in facility.

Support operations team in case of external purchase.

Should be responsible to ensure factory opening & closing.
