Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment used in tablet manufacturing, coating, packaging, and utilities.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedule and document activities accordingly.

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and utility equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in production equipment such as blenders, granulators, auto coaters, and HVAC systems.

• Carry out breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

• Maintain tools and spare parts inventory and ensure their availability.

• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain GMP-compliant documentation.

• Participate in internal audits and support compliance-related maintenance activities
