Job description

· Responsible for the Service and maintenance of machinery.

· Analyze the Breakdown and monitor the machines.

· Have good knowledge of Machines.

· Maintenance engineers' work involves checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures.

· Maintenance engineers ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Supervising engineering and technical staff.

· Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings.

· Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations, Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

· Monitoring daily power consumption and its corrective action

· Monitoring daily water consumption

· Identify and attending Air, Water, steam leakages

· Identify and improve Utility infrastructure

· Prepare PM maintenance planner monthly

· Root cause analysis of machine fault

· Carry out all Machine inspection as per Standard.

Required Candidate profile

· Candidate Should be Have Good experience in Machine Repairing & Maintenance

· Candidate must be Any Mechanical Graduate with Minimum 4 years of Machine Repairing & Maintenance experience in Manufacturing
