Position:- Maintenance Engineer, having 3-10Yrs Exp on Forging Press Shop

JD Of PRESS SHOP Maintenance

* Fault Finding, Trouble Shooting of Forging Press Shop

Knowledge on PLC, Sensors, Hydraulic Controls, Robotics, Utility Press Machines etc..

Ability to troubleshoot / Fault finding on Electric, Electronic circuits & Hydraulic circuits

Understanding of Mechanical Drawing and Hydraulic Controls

Hands on Heavy Mechanical Presses for Trouble Shooting

Attend the Breakdown in Press machines and Utilities area

Very strong in Root cause analysis & countermeasures by using Problem solving tools

Reduction of spare part cost

Work for Maintenance for 5S activity

Knowledge of IATF requirements & SAP

Implement the project to reduce the Power cost

Worked on AIDA, IZAC, Mori, Minister Press machines
