Job Location: DOMBIVLI EAST-MIDC

Eligibility:

Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical Company is a Must.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Multi Effect Evaporation, Effluent Treatment plant and its chemical operations are required

Minimum Bachelors Engineering Degree required.

Work EXP Min. 7 yrs - Max. 10 yrs.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Following is the Job Description:

1. Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.

2. Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget.

3. Manages maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.

4. Provide training and continuous development for all maintenance personnel.

5. Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, not reactive.

6. Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring the safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required.

Centrifuge, Reactors, Boiler, Air Compressor, DM Plant, AHU , HVAC, Cooling tower

Tray Dryer, Scrubber system, ETP / MEE, DG Set, RO plant , Chiller, Glass liner reactor

Blender, Multikill, Sparkler filter, Pressure filter, Neutsche filter, Chilling plant, Hot water system

Vacuum system, Electrical panel, Fire system complete, Softner, Condenser

Equipments as per cGMP for API Industry.
