we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mechanical design engineer with expertise in plastics design, 3d printing, and drone frame design. as a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing innovative and efficient mechanical systems and components for various applications, with a focus on plastic materials, 3d printing technologies, and drone frame design. your role will encompass design for manufacturing, prototyping, and product development.

requirements:

�� bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

�� 3+ years of experience as a mechanical design engineer, with a strong focus on plastics design, 3d printing, drone frame design, design for manufacturing, and prototyping.

�� proficient in cad software (., solidworks, catia, or equivalent) for 3d modeling and surface design.

�� strong understanding of plastics engineering principles, including material selection, injection molding, and structural analysis.

�� experience with 3d printing technologies, including various additive manufacturing processes and associated software tools.

�� familiarity with drone systems and their components, including frame design, propulsion systems, and payload integration.

�� knowledge of design for manufacturing (dfm) principles and techniques to ensure efficient production and assembly processes.

�� proficiency in conducting design analysis and simulations using fea tools (., ansys, abaqus) is desirable.

�� excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

�� strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
