Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes, identifying opportunities for Sharepoint and Power
Platform solutions.
• Recommend appropriate SharePoint and Power Platform components (Lists, Libraries, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) to address
specific business needs.
• Design, develop, and customize Power Apps applications to meet business needs, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and optimal functionality.
• Create and optimize Power Automate (Flow) workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes across different applications.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions to facilitate efficient document management and collaboration.
• Provide training and support to end-users, promoting adoption of M365 and Power Platform tools and ensuring smooth integration into daily
workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest M365 and Power Platform updates, features, and best practices, and recommend their implementation when relevant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 and Power Platform solutions, collaborating with IT teams if needed.
• Participate in the evaluation of third-party integrations and tools that enhance the functionality of M365 and Power Platform applications.
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to M365 and Power Platform, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of M365 and Power Platform solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
