Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes, identifying opportunities for Sharepoint and Power
Platform solutions.
Recommend appropriate SharePoint and Power Platform components (Lists, Libraries, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) to address
specific business needs.
Design, develop, and customize Power Apps applications to meet business needs, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and optimal functionality.
Create and optimize Power Automate (Flow) workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes across different applications.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Configure and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions to facilitate efficient document management and collaboration.
Provide training and support to end-users, promoting adoption of M365 and Power Platform tools and ensuring smooth integration into daily
workflows.
Stay up to date with the latest M365 and Power Platform updates, features, and best practices, and recommend their implementation when relevant.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 and Power Platform solutions, collaborating with IT teams if needed.
Participate in the evaluation of third-party integrations and tools that enhance the functionality of M365 and Power Platform applications.
Lead migration projects from legacy systems to M365 and Power Platform, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
Monitor and analyze the performance of M365 and Power Platform solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
