Maintain Customer follow up records/ Codes/Remarks
Initiate Field visits to customers when payments are not being made.
Good communication skills in Regional Language & English

Familiarity with Bank Process and procedures.
Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on month.
Working hours 9am to 6pm. Monday to Saturday
