experience: should have a minimum of 4 years experience in extrusion machine operation in pvc conduit pipe production line.

roles & responsibilities:

• should know how to change the dia(size) of the machine , set the water level & do proper centering of the machine.

• set, monitor and maintain all standard requirements for machine operation for better quality production.

• make sure the availability of adequate raw material for production as per job order and proactively coordinate with the concerned person to confirm the same.

• on time monitoring of the quality of production and immediate actions if any discrepancy in quality.

• proper and periodic maintenance of machines and monitor its working efficiency.

• follow the instruction of the production manager time to time.

skills required:

• should know how to decide thickness, length and material consumption required before manufacturing of pipe.

• should be aware about making pipe with no wastage.

• should know electrical and mechanical fault resolution of the extrusion machine.
