Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations fleet management, route planning, and dispatch.

Develop and implement cost-effective transportation strategies to improve efficiency.

Digitize and optimize logistics workflows as part of PRTCs transformation journey.

Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and ensure timely deliveries.

Manage relationships with transporters, drivers, and corporate clients.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Analyze data and generate reports to improve performance metrics.

Collaborate with the sales team to align logistics capabilities with business growth.

Lead and mentor the logistics team to enhance productivity and accountability.

What Were Looking For:

3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.

Strong leadership and team management skills experience handling drivers, transporters, and logistics staff.

Proficiency in Excel, logistics management software, and data analysis.

Experience in fleet management, route optimization, and cost control.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Knowledge of transport laws, compliance, and safety protocols.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
