Job Description

Position: - Dispatch / Logistics Executive

Exp: - Min 3 yrs.

Salary: - Upto 3 L

Location: - Nasik

Responsibilities:

Preparation of delivery challans as per note duly authorized, Checking Of Delivery Challans With Notes Submitted By Dispatch Section

Preparation of invoice in tally with consultation of account department

Acknowledgement on delivery challan & on lorry copies.

Follow-up for acknowledgement with site supervisor/Customer etc

Maintaining of transport Excel file.

Maintaining of party wise excel file

Co-Coordinating with transporter for obtaining earlier months bills.

Co- ordination with departments like dispatch, Stores, Sites etc

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
