Job Description

1. Weekly and daly planning coordination with Factory quality inspectors

2. Preparation of Measurement sheet, Purchase order, & invoices.

3. Preparation of E-invoice, E-Way Bills, Sales Invoice & Custom sales invoice.

4. Proper verification of Bill, Mining certificates & Shipping bill copies.

5. Preparation of MIS and daily logistics activity reports for Management.

6. Getting the quotations, analysis of quotation . market and offer to vendors.

7. Follow up with the data team to ensure timely delivery of the data and provide the monthly analysis of the export records with the appropriate person.

8. Proper backup procedures must be used for weekly data.

9. To ensure that good quality material is sent out and to take the right steps in accordance with SOP.
