Warehouse Management:

Oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) for improved operations.

Logistics Strategy and Planning:

Develop logistics strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Forecast logistics needs and plan accordingly.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.

Identify and mitigate risks in the logistics process.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop marketing strategies to promote products or services.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

Brand Management:

Build and manage the company’s brand image.

Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
