We are looking for a reliable Logistics/Warehouse/ Dispatch to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1-Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

2-Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

3-Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

4-Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

5-Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments6

6-Resolve any arising problems or complaints

7-Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

8-Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

9-Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements

10-Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Requirements and skills

1-Minimum 1-2 yrs. experience as Logistics /Warehouse/ Dispatch

2-Proven working experience as a Logistics/Warehouse/ Dispatch

3-Record of successful distribution and logistics /Warehouse/ Dispatch

4-Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

5-Proficient in standard logistics software

6-Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills

7-Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

8-Bachelor Degree.
