Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development in the assigned location, focusing on rural and semi-
urban areas.
Achieve disbursement targets with minimum delinquency and maintain portfolio quality.
Identify Joint Liability Groups disbursed loans, catering to the target customers and
geographies.
Develop and manage a team across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and
reach.
Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, identifying areas of
opportunities for geographical expansion.
Undertake regular field visits and conduct Centre Meetings to build strong client
relationships.
Ensure timely disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, achieving
daily/weekly collections targets.
Provide OJT (On-the-Job Training) to new joiners and motivate them to achieve targets.
Maintain or increase Audit rating of the branch by following proper processes and
maintaining hygiene in the branch. Behavioural Competencies:
